Job summary

Goosehead Insurance is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Enterprise Sales Agent to quote, close leads, and maintain client relationships. You will tailor insurance packages to meet client needs and manage the sales process in a fulfillment environment.

The role involves inbound/outbound calls, pre-qualified leads, and CRM-based activity tracking using Salesforce. Prior insurance experience is not required, but licensing is preferred and U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required; entry-level position.
• License in Property & Casualty (Preferred) or passing state licensing exam after hire.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Work with pre-qualified leads and close sales.
• Track client data and sales activities via CRM.
• Follow up on pipeline queues to ensure sale completion.
• Maintain compliance with business policy requirements.
• Achieve minimum sales targets.
