This role will design interactive online training, develop multimedia content, administer the LMS, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training initiatives align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or a related field.
• Experience developing online training programs and digital learning content.
• Experience with video editing and audio narration for training materials.
• Banking or financial services industry experience.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
