You will collaborate with subject matter experts, develop eLearning courses, and craft practice activities that align with business objectives while ensuring accuracy and clarity for diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Degree or work experience in instructional design, technical writing, education, or similar field.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong editing/proofreading skills.
• Experience developing online courses.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing information quickly.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning needs in collaboration with subject matter experts and senior team members.
• Develop practice activities and scenarios with feedback.
