Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking a senior program manager to lead enterprise initiatives and transformation projects. You will engage with senior leaders, coordinate with product teams, and drive timely issue resolution while aligning with strategic priorities.

The role emphasizes data-driven planning, budget oversight, and strong stakeholder collaboration across multiple divisions. Hybrid work is supported with in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related project/program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience may be accepted.
• PM certifications preferred (e.g., PMP).
• Healthcare or managed care experience preferred.
• Experience managing complex multi-team projects.
• Experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience.
• Familiarity with PM tools & Microsoft analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives coordinating requirements, design, and execution.
• Partners with business, product, and stakeholder teams to drive decision-making and delivery.
• Uses data-driven insights to manage plans, budgets and change control.
• Coordinate development/documentation for design and implementation across divisions.
• Develop relationships with internal and external resources for implementation planning.
• Manage strategy and solutions across initiatives.
• Communicate updates and milestones to stakeholders.
