Job summary

Ivo is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead post-sale onboarding for large enterprise customers in San Francisco. You will own the end-to-end delivery, coordinate with Customer Success Managers, and design scalable onboarding plans reflecting real-world complexity and existing systems.

You will train customer teams, align configurations with operating models, and partner with legal engineering, product, and support to meet requirements.

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years in implementation, professional services, onboarding, or customer delivery roles for complex B2B SaaS products.
• Significant experience with enterprise customers and navigating multi-stakeholder environments.
• Ability to scope ambiguous problems, design structured solutions, and execute against them.
• Technically fluent in data models, integrations, workflows, and system constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sale onboarding for large, complex enterprise customers from kickoff through steady-state usage.
• Act as the customer’s primary implementation owner, coordinating with the assigned CSM.
• Build trust with senior customer stakeholders through judgment, structure, and follow-through.
• Facilitate structured scoping sessions to understand objectives, workflows, and constraints.
• Design implementation plans including workspace structure, workflows, and integration considerations.
• Design and support customer-specific Intelligence workflows and fact extraction use cases.
• Deliver tailored training sessions on Intelligence setup, usage, and best practices.
• Manage implementation requests with SLAs and provide status updates and risk flags.
