Job summary

Compass Technology is leading enterprise Identity Security across North America, seeking a Senior Director to define strategy and oversee IGA, access operations, cloud identity, privilege access, and ERP security (SAP/JDE). You will partner with HR, Risk, Compliance and business leaders to drive risk-reduction and governance across the organization.

This role demands strong executive communication, roadmap leadership, and a track record of transforming identity programs within large enterprises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, IT or related field.
• 10+ years of Identity/IAM/Cybersecurity experience, incl. 5+ years leading identity teams.
• Experience leading enterprise identity transformation incl. IGA, lifecycle, authentication/federation, PAM and cloud identity.
• ERP security experience, preferably SAP and/or JDE with role design and SOX controls.
• Proven vendor management, budgeting, and executive stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise Identity Security strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Lead IGA, joiner/mover/leaver, access provisioning, certifications and entitlement governance.
• Oversee cloud identity across AWS, Azure, GCP; manage privileged access and IAM controls.
• Expand ERP security across SAP/JDE and integrate access with identity governance.
• Build and lead a high-performing identity security organization and manage vendor relationships.
