Codal, an award-winning web design and development consultancy, seeks an Account Executive to build new business from first conversations through closure. You’ll identify targets, qualify interest, negotiate, and collaborate with delivery and solutions teams to tailor client approaches.

We value consultancy/agency backgrounds and outbound prowess, with opportunities to travel for industry events and represent Codal at conferences. Based in Chicago, you’ll fuel growth with multi-channel outreach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outbound sales experience in consultancy/agency/partnership environments.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify outbound leads to build a strong top-of-funnel pipeline.
• Identify decision makers and develop relationships on behalf of Codal.
• Research client challenges and position Codal's services as solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partnerships on target accounts and messaging.
• Stay current on industry trends in e-commerce, CMS, and digital transformation.
• Track activity and pipeline in Salesforce; report on KPIs.
• Test and refine outbound approaches; contribute fresh ideas.
• Represent Codal at conferences and trade shows; travel as needed.
