Job summary

Coconino County is seeking a GIS Analyst to design, implement, and support enterprise GIS solutions, including ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online. The role involves data analysis, ETL processes with Python and SQL, and developing web applications for internal and public use.

The ideal candidate will manage large projects, collaborate with IT teams, and maintain documentation for GIS systems and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in geography, urban planning, environmental science, or related field; or equivalent.
• Four to six years of progressively responsible GIS, programming, or systems integration experience.
• Proficiency with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Server, and ArcGIS Portal; ArcSDE experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, programs, and supports integrated GIS systems.
• Designs and implements custom web applications for internal and public use within ArcGIS Online.
• Provides oversight and management for large GIS projects.
• Performs GIS data analysis, ETL using Python/SQL, and supports ArcGIS Enterprise deployments.
• Collaborates with IT and GIS staff to deliver enterprise GIS solutions and documentation.
