Job summary
Esri is seeking a Support Analyst II to leverage ArcGIS Platform expertise, delivering real-time technical support and guidance to customers while expanding product knowledge across ArcGIS Online, Pro and Enterprise.
You will analyze issues, document solutions, mentor peers, and partner with teammates to resolve cases in a collaborative environment. Base salary is competitive with strong benefits.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional and customer service experience in a similar position.
- Applied knowledge of ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Enterprise in an industry context.
- Experience communicating with customers with varying technical aptitudes in GIS/IT.
- Self-motivated, proactive problem solver, team oriented, creative.
- US citizenship and ability to obtain a US security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in geography, computer science, GIS, information technology, environmental science, natural resources, or related STEM field.
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality technical support via email, chat, and phone.
- Analyze customer issues to identify core problems and solutions.
- Stay current on new releases and expand product knowledge across Esri platform.
- Collaborate to identify patterns, align on best path, and solve cases.
- Maintain comprehensive case documentation in CRM to understand customers' missions.
- Mentor peers and exchange insights with teammates.
