Job summary

InRhythm seeks a Principal Full Stack Engineering Lead Consultant to direct delivery of enterprise platforms, guiding modern frontend and backend architecture, and driving measurable client outcomes. You will balance hands-on development with system design, AI-assisted engineering, and agentic architectures while mentoring cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 8+ years dedicated to enterprise-scale Angular application development (Angular 14+).
• 5+ years in formal technical leadership roles guiding teams and architecture.
• Experience with AI integrations, agentic architectures, and MCP server concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership across the SDLC, defining frontend and backend architecture, standards, and strategy.
• Lead Angular 16+ and Java Spring-based enterprise apps with modern tooling and security best practices.
• Design and implement secure microservices, RESTful APIs, and integration layers.
• Architect AI integrations including Agentic RAG patterns and MCP server connections.
• Mentor and elevate engineering teams, enforce design patterns, testing standards, and accessibility WCAG 2.1 AA.
• Translate business requirements into ADRs, roadmaps, and execution plans with Product and UX partners.
