Job summary

CGB Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a candidate to support customer operations and business development in a team environment. Responsibilities include daily customer communication, issue resolution, and coordinating across teams to keep daily and weekly operations running smoothly.

Preferred Bachelor's degree; sales or transportation experience required. Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM data entry, and communicating across all levels. Occasional travel up to 10% may be required.

• Sales or transportation experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication and organization.
• Ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
• Understanding of US markets and seasonality.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily customer communications and issue resolution.
• Coordinate across teams to support operations.
• Source qualified clients and conduct annual reviews for top accounts.
• Prepare and enter data into CRM.
• Develop relationships with mid-level and C-level decision makers.
• Support pricing methodology for transportation modes.
