Job summary

S&P Global is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise FP&A and Transformation to shape financial strategy and strengthen enterprise performance. The role partners with Ratings and Energy to drive strategic finance and coordinate cross-functional transformation initiatives focused on AI-enabled automation and next‑generation planning tools.

The position leads an enterprise FP&A modernization effort, delivering standardized tools, dashboards, and reporting while guiding executive communications

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Corporate Finance, or Accounting roles.
• Track record of leading teams and managing large-scale transformation or strategic initiatives in a global organization.
• Proven experience with Board-level and executive reporting, including preparation of materials for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in financial planning platforms and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)

Responsibilities

• Strategic business partnering with Ratings and Energy teams during annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and medium-term planning.
• Lead FP&A modernization and transformation using Data Fabric, AI automation, and advanced analytics.
• Develop executive-level materials and narratives connecting financial results to strategic priorities.
• Establish governance and adoption plans for modernization initiatives; coordinate cross-functional programs across finance.
