Job summary

Cognite is seeking an Enterprise Field Engineer to drive client engagement and solution development as customers scale beyond initial deployments. You will validate technology fit, architect use cases, and help operationalize adoption across enterprise environments.

You will collaborate with account teams to identify opportunities, educate clients on Cognite Data Fusion, and deliver demos and reference architectures that accelerate value realization.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical liaison to clients, establishing trusted relationships and aligning on solutions, architectures, and roadmaps to scale usage of Cognite Data Fusion.
• Educate clients on Cognite Data Fusion and related offerings, leading to adoption, integration, and value realization.
• Develop client-focused demos, reference architectures, and accelerators used by Cognite teams and customers.
• Represent Cognite in client meetings and workshops to build client confidence.
• Bridge between clients and Product, translating feedback into actionable requirements.
• Ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with product strategy; provide market insights to inform development.
• Collaborate with sales to support opportunities, including solution architecture and use-case development.
• Organize client workshops and technical meetings with high-quality execution.
• Promote best practices and mentor other Field Engineers.
