Job summary

CodeRabbit, a leading AI code review platform, is seeking a Field Engineer to act as a technical advisor during the pre-sales journey and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams. You will help customers appreciate the value of CodeRabbit and tailor technical solutions to complex SDLC needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders from technical teams to business leaders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer needs simultaneously.
• Strong experience with software development tools and platforms; comfortable with command line.
• Knowledge in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and develop customized technical solutions.
• Translate business objectives into technical requirements and solution designs.
• Drive compelling demos and PoVs to showcase the CodeRabbit platform.
• Help in responding to security questionnaires.
• Habitually provide feedback and collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the product experience.
• Stay abreast with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI-powered development tools and platforms.
• Contribute towards internal tools and documentation of playbooks, guides and best practices.
• Support transition from pre-sales to post-sales to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
