CodeRabbit is seeking an Enterprise Field Engineer in the Southeast (Atlanta) to partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering in the pre-sales journey. You will craft technical solutions, deliver demos, and help customers realize the value of CodeRabbit.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in customer-facing roles, strong communication skills, and experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD tools, plus a drive to mentor peers and evolve our field capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience working in startup-like, fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Comfortable using the command line and dev tooling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and design technical solutions.
• Translate business objectives into technical requirements and solution designs.
• Deliver compelling demos and PoVs to showcase CodeRabbit value.
• Assist in responding to security questionnaires.
• Provide feedback to product/engineering to improve the productExperience.
• Stay current with AI development trends and tools.
