Job summary

Ezee Fiber in Houston, TX is seeking an Engineer I, Enterprise OSP Engineering to help plan, design, and implement outside plant fiber infrastructure for enterprise customers. This entry-level engineering role assists with fiber routes, customer lateral designs, construction plans, and field surveys while adhering to Ezee Fiber standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years in telecommunications, fiber, OSP engineering, or related experience preferred.
• Exposure to fiber optic network design and enterprise connectivity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer OSP fiber infrastructure for enterprise connections.
• Develop fiber routes, customer lateral designs, and construction plans.
• Support field data collection, site surveys, and as-built documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure engineering documents meet standards and compliance.
