• Experience reviewing and negotiating vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise events from concept through execution and evaluation.
• Develop event plans and goals using data-driven insights.
• Research and analyze to improve event strategies and experiences.
• Manage full lifecycle, timelines, budgets, and logistics.
• Plan complex events, tournaments, groups, and virtual experiences.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and coordinate venue visits.
• Provide on-site leadership for successful events.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Analyze event data and present findings to stakeholders.
• Develop new event offerings based on needs and trends.
