The role oversees full lifecycle, data-driven improvement, and vendor contracts, requiring strong project management and collaboration across multiple locations with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of event management experience including planning, logistics, and coordination.
• Ability to lead events from concept through evaluation and to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide input on strategic direction of enterprise events.
• Develop event plans, tactics, and goals using data-driven insights.
• Manage full lifecycle from concept through execution and evaluation.
• Plan and execute complex events, tournaments, group outings, and virtual events.
• Manage timelines, budgets, design, logistics, communications, and operations.
• Build relationships with team members, leadership, vendors, and partners.
• Source vendors, negotiate contracts, and coordinate site visits.
