Job summary

SC&H Group is seeking an Executive Sales Representative to drive new business growth in Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and EPM, while representing OneStream, data governance, AI, and related advisory services.

The role requires a track record of selling enterprise technology and managing full sales cycles, from opportunity creation to delivery transition. Senior consultative sales with strong client relationships is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field.
• 8–10 years enterprise technology or consulting sales experience.
• Proven success selling ERP, HCM, EPM, data, analytics, AI services.
• Direct experience selling Oracle Cloud implementations or consulting services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for SC&H Technology and Transformation Services.
• Generate new opportunities through relationships, referrals, alliances, events, and targeted accounts.
• Lead end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing and transition to delivery.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across SC&H capabilities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and activity in CRM.
