Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED with relevant IT experience.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems management, or related field.
• Minimum of four years professional work experience in IT infrastructure and client support operations.
• Experience managing Active Directory, Windows Server, Windows Client OS in on-prem/cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Designs, deploys, maintains, and supports enterprise endpoint computing solutions.
• Administers identity, access, and endpoint management platforms; enforces policies to protect assets.
• Provides expertise in endpoint security and remote support technologies; monitors and mitigates risks.
• Manages software asset, licensing, and vendor-supported technology programs; ensures license compliance.
• Administers ServiceNow and related platforms; develops automation using PowerShell and scripting.
• Evaluates emerging technologies and collaborates with teams to implement innovative solutions.
• Mentors Service Desk Co-ops and provides guidance to team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
