Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Enterprise Endpoint Engineer with Intune experience. The role requires troubleshooting across Intune-managed environments and collaboration across desktop support, endpoint management, security, and network challenges in a secure, enterprise-scale setting.

You will diagnose and resolve device configuration, policy application, compliance issues, and software deployment, provide hands-on OS/hardware support, manage network access controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in information systems or a related field.
• 4–8 years of prior relevant experience, or a Master’s with 2–6 years.
• Experience managing enterprise desktops in Intune environments.
• Hands-on troubleshooting Windows OS in an enterprise setting.
• Experience with network access controls (IP:Port/URL filters).
• Familiarity with Azure Entra and Intune security policies.
• Proficient with M365 tools and self-managing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Intune issues including device config and policy apps.
• Provide on-site desktop support for OS, hardware, and user issues.
• Diagnose network connectivity and VPN/DNS issues.
• Address security/compliance challenges and audit readiness.
• Collaborate across endpoint management, security, and asset management.
• Apply patches, tune performance, manage storage.
• Review system logs to identify anomalies and resolve issues.
