• US Citizen with ability to obtain DOJ Public Trust.
• Bachelor's degree in technical writing, IT, or related discipline.
• Experience developing documentation for enterprise modernization and Federal IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, organize, and update project, technical, operational, system, and user documentation across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with teams to capture configurations, processes, workflows, and procedures.
• Develop SOPs, user/admin guides, technical procedures, and reference materials.
• Translate complex information into clear documentation for varied audiences.
• Track documentation development, reviews, approvals, and outstanding actions.
• Support transition planning, readiness assessments, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Collaborate with analysts, SMEs, developers, and government personnel to document changes.
