Job summary

Yulista is seeking a Documentation and Transition Specialist to support EOIR modernization efforts in Falls Church, VA. You will develop and maintain documentation across the SDLC and coordinate transition activities ensuring operational readiness and knowledge transfer.

You will collaborate with engineers, analysts, and government stakeholders to produce clear SOPs, user guides, and technical procedures as modernization progresses.

Qualifications

• Experience documenting enterprise IT projects and modernization efforts.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear documentation for multiple audiences.
• Experience with transition planning and knowledge transfer activities.
• Familiarity with document management and version control practices.
• Ability to work with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project, technical, and user documentation throughout SDLC.
• Coordinate transition plans, checklists, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Support readiness reviews and training material development.
• Collaborate with analysts, SMEs, developers, and security personnel to document processes.
• Track document reviews, approvals, and revisions.
