Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Newark, NJ seeks an experienced Disaster Recovery leader to orchestrate enterprise DR planning, governance, and program coordination across complex IT environments.

You will define DR frameworks, oversee testing, runbooks, and executive dashboards, partner with security, infrastructure, and cloud teams, and drive compliance with standards such as ISO 22301 and ITIL.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise DR planning, governance, and program coordination.
• Strong knowledge of BCP/DR lifecycle, IT service continuity, and resilience frameworks.
• Ability to define, track, and report DR KPIs (RTO, RPO, test effectiveness, readiness).
• Experience preparing DR dashboards, governance reports, and executive summaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise DR governance activities and define DR KPIs.
• Develop and maintain DR frameworks, standards, and recovery methodologies.
• Conduct dependency assessments across business-critical services.
• Coordinate DR runbooks, SOPs, and recovery procedures.
• Plan DR exercises, validate RTO/RPO, and document outcomes and remediation.
