Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Disaster Recovery Product Owner to drive the DR program across infrastructure services in a hybrid‑cloud, on‑prem, and SaaS environment. This role will define the DR strategy, translate resilience requirements into prioritized outcomes, and lead enterprise‑wide testing and remediation efforts.

Responsibilities include maintaining the DR backlog, partnering with Cyber Security and Architecture teams, and ensuring measurable value through automation and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years in product ownership, product management, or program leadership.
• 1+ year supporting disaster recovery, resilience, or large-scale infrastructure/cloud platforms.
• Candidate must be a United States Citizen
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Experience with Agile development and Jira.
• Understanding of DR concepts including RTO/RPO, runbooks, multi-cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise DR product vision and strategy across on prem, hybrid, and multi cloud environments.
• Translate requirements into clear DR product outcomes and maintain the long-term roadmap.
• Plan and execute DR tests across the enterprise and ensure measurable value.
• Partner with Cyber Security, Architecture, Delivery, and product teams to evolve DR capability.
• Lead cross-team alignment and governance for DR initiatives.
