Job summary

S&P Global Dow Jones Indices seeks a Head of Enterprise Digital Assets & Tokenization to lead a senior team, set direction and oversee production initiatives across divisions.

You will own the enterprise strategy, prioritize a funded portfolio, manage external partnerships, and drive governance and risk across the program.

The role requires 10+ years in capital markets or digital assets, strong leadership, executive communication, and a proven ability to deliver from zero to production.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in capital markets, asset management, financial data, infrastructure, or digital assets.
• Experience leading cross-divisional programs with external partnerships.
• Strong executive communication and ability to influence without authority.
• Proven track record in building and scaling enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise digital assets and tokenization strategy day-to-day across divisions.
• Sponsor business cases and secure investment at enterprise and divisional levels.
• Maintain a defensible view of market direction and align initiatives accordingly.
• Lead and expand a small high-calibre team, coordinating with Kensho engineering.
• Build and nurture senior relationships with onchain-native platforms and traditional institutions.
