Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Manager Delivery to lead cross-functional teams and own enterprise Disciplined Agile Delivery processes, driving strategic outcomes and value realization. This role reports to the VP, Delivery Management and sets the standard for delivery excellence across the organization.

The ideal candidate will mentor delivery managers, champion agile improvements, and communicate effectively with C-suite sponsors while ensuring risk and security compliance in complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of program/ delivery management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven executive-level communication and stakeholder management; credible with senior leadership and business sponsors.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery methodologies and tools; adherence to SDLC, Change Management, and Risk/Security frameworks.
• Strongly Preferred: Healthcare, insurance, or other regulated-industry experience.
• Agile certifications (PgMP, DASSM, SAFe, SPC, or equivalent).
• Experience building or transforming agile program management/ delivery management capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead mission-critical delivery teams dedicated to major business and technology programs.
• Own Disciplined Agile Delivery processes to develop high-performing teams.
• Teach Disciplined Agile delivery values and skills across the enterprise.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of Tier-1 strategic initiatives with enterprise visibility.
• Prepare concise, decision-ready updates for senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Identify and implement agile process improvements and measure flow metrics.
