Job summary

Anthropic in San Francisco is seeking a deal operations leader to scale revenue by guiding complex enterprise deals through CPQ, contract management, and approvals. You will partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to ensure terms are aligned with company standards and revenue goals.

As you mature the processes, you will embed deal structures into Salesforce, optimize CPQ configurations, and build the operational infrastructure to support a high-volume enterprise business while maintaining

• Experience executing and improving CPQ, SFDC, and contract platforms.
• Detail-oriented with a process-improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across departments.
• Strong project management skills across multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Quarterback deals through CPQ quote-building, approvals, and contracts.
• Own deal-execution workflows and optimize commercial processes.
• Build AI-native tooling with internal teams to scale operations.
• Improve workflows to accelerate time-to-close and reduce friction.
• Bridge Sales and supporting teams, ensuring compliance and terms alignment.
