Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, digital transformation, or related fields, including leadership in large, matrixed organizations.
• Proven track record of defining and delivering enterprise data strategies that generate measurable business value.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data management, and analytics frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of an enterprise-wide data strategy aligned with priorities and digital transformation goals.
• Define and embed a value realization framework for data, analytics, and AI investments.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify and scale high-impact data use cases that drive measurable outcomes.
• Translate enterprise strategy into actionable data initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs and platform investments.
• Drive adoption of advanced analytics and AI to enhance decision-making and efficiency.
