Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company seeks a Senior Director of Next-Gen Data Architecture to lead global data initiatives and shape a scalable enterprise data ecosystem. You and a specialized team will define frameworks, standards, and platforms, enabling engineers, platform teams, and analysts to deliver high-impact data solutions.

You will guide architectural direction while staying connected to delivery, mentoring a high-performing organization and translating complex requirements into practical enterprise

Qualifications

• 12+ years in data engineering, architecture, and analytics with leadership.
• Proven track record hiring and mentoring senior data leaders.
• Experience leading a Center of Excellence (CoE) or enterprise architecture team.
• Ability to translate complex tech into business value for executives.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic and technical CoE, providing guidance and reference architectures.
• Direct, mentor, and develop a team of data architects across the enterprise.
• Lead design and implementation of modern data platforms for enterprise needs.
• Drive graph-based data solutions and semantic models across the company.
• Identify AI opportunities to automate data engineering lifecycles.
• Define scalable API and knowledge-layer architectures for access to trusted data.
• Build real-time data capabilities for event-driven operations.
• Improve developer productivity through tooling, governance, and automation.
