Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst/Consultant within the AMI organization to drive Enterprise Analytics Transformation. You will establish and maintain a robust operating model, enable governed data product development, and ensure access, control, and compliance across core tools and platforms.

You will partner with executives to align governance, risk, and operational strategies with enterprise objectives, while driving scalable processes and AI-enabled insights delivery.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, PCI-DSS) and ability to ensure applications meet these standards.
• Ability to translate technical topics into executive-ready narratives for stakeholders.
• Experience implementing governance, risk, and compliance in an analytics-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and own an operating model to maintain a sustainable governance and data product development framework.
• Monitor health and performance of applications/tools, including vulnerability remediation and upgrades.
• Coordinate with service providers and partners to ensure stability, compliance and SLA adherence.
• Oversee risk/control design, QA practices, and evidence for audits and regulatory exams.
• Lead with executive stakeholders to align governance and operational strategies with enterprise objectives.
