Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive engineering experience with enterprise-scale data, database, or platform engineering capabilities.
• Strong hands-on data engineering experience with Python, Spark, and large-scale data processing patterns.
• Deep understanding of Security/Product Master Data and related enterprise data domains.
• Experience modernizing enterprise master data or reference data platforms toward cloud data lakehouse architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade Python applications and distributed systems.
• Define target-state architecture and drive modernization across data domains (security, product, master data).
• Mentor senior engineers, raise the technical bar, and promote engineering excellence.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and platform observability and reliability.
