Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on data engineering with Python, Oracle/ODI, Spark, AWS EMR, Redshift, Iceberg.
• Experience with cloud data lakehouse, medallion architecture patterns.
• Proficiency in AI-enabled engineering practices.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, or enterprise data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive target-state architecture for enterprise data platforms.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple teams and engineering domains.
• Lead design and development of enterprise-grade Python apps and distributed systems.
• Oversee data pipelines, APIs, and large-scale processing frameworks.
• Ensure high availability, observability, and fault tolerance of data platforms.
• Lead modernization toward cloud data lakehouse using medallion patterns.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence.
