Job summary

Catalent is seeking an Enterprise Data Integrations Specialist to oversee data integration projects across internal systems, external partners, and customers for digital collaborations. You will ensure high-quality, high-performance solutions and work with business partners, customers, and technical teams in a dynamic environment.

Location is onsite in Bridgewater, NJ or Morrisville, NC with standard shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus.
• Minimum five years in data integration delivery for Cloud-to-Cloud and On-Prem-to-Cloud projects.
• IDMC (Informatica Data Management Cloud) experience required.
• Experience establishing and operationalizing data integration in a global org.
• Strong knowledge of iPaaS and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Perform discovery to identify key systems for data integration and define sourcing and integration strategies.
• Provide guidance on data sourcing for sustainable integrations using Catalent standards.
• Deploy and maintain data integration standards and blueprints across techniques.
• Collaborate with source system owners to map data location, availability, and structure.
• Deliver data integration artifacts and documentation for cutover, data quality, and analytics.
• Onboard new data sources into data layers and data stores within Catalent's North Star Data Estate.
• Contribute to design decisions on data models, acquisitions, retention, and lifecycle policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About Site

Our Bridgewater location is the corporate office for Catalent. The facility is located approximately 45 minutes from Newark Liberty airport.

Position Summary

We have an opportunity for an Enterprise Data Integrations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee projects related to data integrations between internal systems, external partners, and customers for digital collaborations. You will ensure high-quality, high-performance solutions that create value for Catalent and its customers. This position requires strong collaboration with business partners, customers, and technical teams in a dynamic environment.

Shift: Monday -Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM or 8:30 AM-5:00 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch

Location: Bridgewater, NJ or Morrisville, NC

The Role

• Perform discovery to identify key systems in scope for data integration and define optimal sourcing and integration strategies.
• Provide guidance and best practices on data sourcing for sustainable integrations using Catalent standard Data Ingestion technologies and architectural principles.
• Deploy and maintain standards and solution blueprints across various integration techniques and technologies.
• Work with source system owners to understand data location, availability, volatility, and structure for data mapping.
• Ensure delivery of data integration artifacts and documentation to support operational cutover, data quality improvements, and analytics‑ready data science exploration.
• Deliver effective onboarding of new data sources into the appropriate data layers and data stores within Catalent's North Star Data Estate.
• Contribute to design decisions on data models, data acquisitions, data retention policies, and data life cycle policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Candidate

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field required; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum five years of proven data integration delivery experience designing and leading Cloud-to-Cloud and On-Prem-to-Cloud Data Integration projects with in-depth knowledge in core data integration practice.
• Experience with Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC - formerly IICS) is required.
• Proven experience in establishing and operationalizing Data Integration practices in a global organization.
• Strong knowledge of Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) and Application Program Interfaces (APIs).
• Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds.

Preferred Skills & Background

• Life Sciences industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Data Factory and Databricks is desirable.
• Experience leading digital collaboration projects between trading partners via industry exchanges/networks, such as SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration Network, TraceLink, E2Open, OneNetwork, etc. is highly desirable.
• Deep knowledge of data ingestion methods applying various techniques including Web Services, data views, ETL, near real-time data streaming, data extracts, etc.
