Job summary

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required with 2-5 years of relevant GMP experience; Associates Degree or higher preferred.
  • Professional Project Management Qualification preferred.
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in a customer service or appropriate business-related area preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects from award stage to completion under PM team direction, ensuring proper timelines.
  • Provide information to Project Manager on project requirements and execute tasks in PM’s absence.
  • Set up returns phase, manage IDRs and destruction process, ensure invoicing is completed.
  • Receive and monitor client label text, Randomizations, drugs and components.
  • Attend and produce minutes for internal meetings, audits, and client visits to support PM team.
  • Manage inventory reporting and monitor client inventory aligned with project requirements.
  • Investigate and propose solutions for disputed invoices and email/payments inquiries.
  • Collect KPI data and report to PM team.
  • All other duties as assigned.

The Role


  • Under direction from PM team co-ordinate projects from award stage to completion ensuring correct planning timelines are generated, monitored and tracked to ensure successful adherence and completion

  • When acting as part of a PM team, provide information to Project Manager on specific project requirements and execute on specific tasks in the Project Manager’s absence

  • Set up returns phase of projects, generate manage and monitor IDR’s and destruction process ensuring invoicing completed

  • Receive, monitor and manage client supplied label text/Randomizations, drug, components and

  • Attend and produce minutes and actions for internal client meetings/teleconferences/client visits and Audits to support PM team and understand full scope requirements to generate all required project documentation materials and ensure delivery to internal functions as required

  • Manage inventory reporting and monitor and track client inventory in line with project requirements

  • Set up returns phase of projects, generate manage and monitor IDR’s and destruction process ensuring invoicing completed

  • Investigate and propose solutions for disputed invoices and effectively manage invoice queries to ensure timely resolution and payment

  • Collect KPI data and supply to PM team

  • All other duties as assigned.


The Candidate


  • High School Degree required with a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant industry experience in GMP environment. Associates Degree or higher preferred.

  • Professional Project Management Qualification preferred.

  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in a customer service or appropriate business-related area preferred
