Job summary

Ontech Talent seeks a Data & Integration Manager to lead the enterprise data, integration, automation, and internal development function in a large multi-system environment. This role owns strategy, delivery, quality, governance, and support of data platforms and integration services to connect ERP and business apps with reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in data engineering, integration, analytics, or enterprise systems roles.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams or major enterprise data/integration initiatives.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure data services and cloud platforms.
• Experience with API-based integrations, EDI, ETL/ELT pipelines, automation, and enterprise patterns.
• Hands-on leadership with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Databricks, SQL, Python, and Spark.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise data platform strategy, architecture, and delivery for Azure-based platforms.
• Oversee data ELT/ETL, warehousing, and data modeling for analytics and reporting.
• Lead ERP and line of business integrations via APIs, EDI, and automation workflows.
• Deliver process improvements using automation and integration solutions.
• Establish development, governance, quality, security, and documentation standards.
