Job summary

County Materials, part of the County Materials Family of Companies, is seeking a Data & Integration Manager in Westmont, IL. The role leads data strategy, integration, automation, and internal development across a multi-system environment to deliver trusted data and scalable automations.

You will partner with business and IT leaders to drive analytics, integration, and modernization efforts, ensuring governance and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in data engineering, integration, analytics, BI, or enterprise systems roles.
• 3+ years leading teams or overseeing major enterprise data/integration initiatives.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure data services (Azure SQL, Data Factory, Data Lake/Lakehouse, Synapse, Fabric).
• Experience integrating/expanding ERP systems; Infor Cloud Suite Distribution preferred.
• APIs, EDI, ETL/ELT, automation workflows, and enterprise integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise data platform strategy, architecture, and delivery for Azure Databases, Dataverse, Data Lakes, Synapse, Fabric, and related platforms.
• Oversee ELT/ETL, warehousing, semantic modeling, and orchestration for analytics and reporting environments.
• Lead ERP and line-of-business integrations via APIs, EDI, events, and automation workflows.
• Deliver measurable improvements using automation and integration via Power Platform and related tools.
• Establish development standards, governance, security, and documentation.
