Job summary

Keystone is seeking an Enterprise Data Conversion Lead to own data conversion across system implementations, agency integrations, acquisitions, and platform migrations. This role drives readiness, mapping, validation, cutover support, and stabilization to ensure data accuracy and usability.

You will coordinate with business users, agency teams, and vendors to resolve data issues, manage risks, and deliver repeatable conversion playbooks across Employee Benefits and P&C brokerage functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in data conversion, data migration, or related work.
• Experience leading cross-functional system implementations and migrations.
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and P&C brokerage data workflows.
• Strong data mapping, cleansing, profiling, reconciliation, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data conversion workstreams for system implementations, agency integrations, acquisitions, and migrations.
• Own conversion planning, data readiness, mapping, validation, and cutover activities.
• Translate source data and business requirements into conversion rules and remediation priorities.
• Coordinate business users, agency teams, technology, finance, vendors, and partners to resolve data issues.
• Manage issue logs, decisions, risks, defects, and dependencies impacting readiness.
• Lead validation across client, policy, carrier, commission, billing, and enrollment data.
