Job summary

Joint Commission International is seeking a Data Architect to lead the strategy, design, and governance of enterprise data systems in Oakbrook Terrace. The role integrates data architecture, MDM, metadata management, and analytics to ensure scalable, secure data environments that support high-quality decision making.

You will build and govern EDW architectures, develop data pipelines with Azure tools, and create Power BI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• 7–10 years of experience in data architecture and governance.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise data strategies.
• Strong knowledge of EDW design, data lineage, and metadata.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise MDM and data architecture strategy.
• Lead data architecture and EDW development with data pipelines.
• Lead data governance and stewardship programs.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and analytics.
• Ensure privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
