Job summary

Nexaminds, based in North America, seeks an Enterprise Data Modeler to lead the development of enterprise and domain data models for a strategic data transformation program. You will create and maintain enterprise and canonical models, drive governance, and bridge business definitions with modern cloud data solutions.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in designing, maintaining, and scaling data models across conceptual, canonical, logical, physical, and domain-driven contexts.
• Ability to translate business concepts into robust data models and glossary standards.
• Experience driving large-scale enterprise data transformation programs using modern data platforms.
• Knowledge of MDM, metadata management, data governance, data quality and lineage concepts.
• Hands-on exposure to cloud data platforms and data lakehouse architectures.
• Proven ability to align business and technical teams and drive data stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and maintenance of the Enterprise Business Data Model and phased Domain Data Models.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define core entities and canonical structures.
• Drive model alignment with governance, metadata management, and analytics initiatives.
• Support engineering teams in translating data models into scalable physical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops to resolve data definition ambiguity and establish unified glossaries.
• Lead domain architecture to ensure high availability and flexibility for analytics platforms.
