The ideal candidate has a PhD or Master’s in a related field, 3–5 years in mechanical/industrial contexts, and strong python/ML skills. Travel 10–20% is required.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in mechanical industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and supervised/unsupervised ML techniques.
• Experience with high-volume, asynchronous time-series data.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy autonomous LLM-powered agents and connectors interfacing with BEM and HVAC tools.
• Translate complex simulation tasks into executable agentic workflows and tool-calling routines.
• Prepare detailed project workflows and execute them efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, review work, and provide feedback.
• Generate ETL pipelines, preprocess datasets, and develop verification tools.
• Work with multi-source datasets and prepare reports/visualizations.
