Job summary

Donaldson is seeking a Data Architect to shape the company's enterprise data future. You will build and govern data architectures, drive data strategy, and collaborate with business and engineering teams to enable analytics and AI across a global manufacturing organization.

Join a hands-on team shaping standards for data platforms using Snowflake, Azure, Oracle, and APIs. This role requires a hybrid US schedule and a strong track record in data governance and MDM initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data or Enterprise Architecture.
• 3+ years of Snowflake experience.
• Strong expertise in cloud data platforms (Azure preferred).
• Experience with Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, MDM, and Data Governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise data architecture and roadmap.
• Design scalable cloud-based data architectures and platforms.
• Lead Master Data Management initiatives.
• Build trusted, governed data solutions for analytics and AI.
• Establish enterprise data governance, quality, and architecture standards.
• Partner with business leaders to translate needs into technical solutions.
