Job summary

Treasure AI, based in Mountain View, CA, is seeking a Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and scaling of customer data solutions for enterprise clients. You will translate complex business requirements into robust architectures and champion best practices for data integration, governance, and AI-powered personalization.

In this role, you will collaborate with clients, internal teams, and partners to drive adoption of Treasure Data’s platform, develop scalable data pipelines,

Qualifications

• Architect large-scale data solutions for SaaS/enterprise environments.
• Design and deploy complex data architectures with ETL/ELT, APIs, and workflows.
• Hands-on data engineering: SQL, Python, JavaScript, on AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Understand customer data models, privacy/compliance (GDPR/CCPA), and identity resolution.
• Experience with segmentation, analytics, personalization, and omnichannel orchestration.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences (engineers, execs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PMs, QA, and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and architecture design sessions with enterprise customers.
• Translate requirements into scalable architectures, integration flows, and implementation plans.
• Oversee configurations and data pipeline development using Treasure Data tools.
• Advise on data ingestion, transformation, governance, and security for scalability.
• Architect AI/ML use cases like segmentation and personalization.
• Collaborate with client architects, IT, and business teams; engage with managers and engineers.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance across data pipelines.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge sharing.
