Job summary

Treasure AI is seeking a Solution Architect to lead design, implementation, and scale of customer data solutions for enterprise clients in a hybrid New York setting. You will translate complex requirements into robust architectures, govern data practices, and drive AI-enabled personalization across ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing large-scale data solutions in SaaS or enterprise cloud environments.
• Proven track record designing and deploying complex data architectures including integrations, ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, and workflow automations.
• Strong hands-on skills with SQL, Python, JavaScript and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Deep understanding of customer data models and privacy standards (GDPR/CCPA), and identity resolution methodologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise use cases for segmentation, analytics, personalization, and omnichannel orchestration.
• Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineers, QA, and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and architecture design sessions with enterprise customers and align solutions to business goals and data strategies.
• Translate requirements into scalable architectures, data flows, and implementation plans leveraging Treasure AI platform.
• Perform hands-on configurations, data pipeline development, and integrations using Treasure AI tools (CDP, Data Workflows, Connectors, APIs).
• Advise clients on data ingestion, transformation, governance, identity resolution, security, and compliance.
• Architect and deploy AI/ML-driven use cases such as segmentation, analytics, personalization, and omnichannel orchestration.
• Serve as technical liaison to client teams; provide deep expertise across martech/adtech, CDP, and cloud ecosystems.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers, Solutions Consultants, and Data Engineers to ensure delivery and go-lives.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize performance and business value.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge sharing and enablement.
• Capture customer feedback to inform product roadmap and technical playbooks.
• Stay current on data architecture and AI/agent technologies; propose innovations.
