Job summary

Treasure AI is seeking a Solution Architect to design, implement, and scale enterprise data solutions for major customers. You translate complex business needs into robust architectures, drive data integration, governance, analytics, and AI-powered personalization, while partnering with clients, internal teams, and technology partners to promote adoption of Treasure AI’s platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building large-scale data solutions (SaaS, martech, CDP, or enterprise cloud).
• Experience designing complex data architectures with integrations, ETL/ELT data pipelines, APIs, and workflow automations.
• Hands-on with data engineering tools (SQL, Python, JavaScript) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Deep understanding of customer data models, data privacy/compliance standards (GDPR/CCPA), and identity resolution.
• Experience supporting enterprise use cases for segmentation, analytics, personalization, activation, and omnichannel orchestration.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, guiding client engineers, business users, and executives.
• Track record working with cross-functional project teams (engagement managers, engineers, QA, stakeholders).
• Consultative mindset with proactive problem solving and partnership skills.
• AI and agent-driven use cases piloted and scaled in customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and architecture design sessions with enterprise customers, aligning solutions to data strategies.
• Translate requirements into scalable architectures, integration flows, and implementation plans leveraging Treasure AI’s platform.
• Oversee configurations, customizations, and data pipeline development using Treasure AI tools (CDP, Data Workflows, Connectors, APIs).
• Advise clients on data ingestion, transformation, identity resolution, governance, and security for scalability and compliance.
• Architect and deploy AI/ML driven use cases such as segmentation, personalization, and omnichannel orchestration.
• Serve as technical liaison to client teams; bring expertise across martech/adtech, CDP, and cloud ecosystems.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers, Solutions Consultants, and Data Engineers to ensure delivery and go-lives.
• Troubleshoot complex data integration issues and optimize performance and value.
• Guide junior staff; support knowledge sharing and enablement with customers.
• Capture feedback to influence product roadmap and technical playbooks.
• Stay current on data architecture and AI/agent tech; experiment and propose innovations.
