Job summary

Google Cloud is hiring a Customer Engineering Manager to lead a high-performance team of data analytics specialists, architecting and deploying modern data platforms for enterprise clients. You will guide technical advisory, accelerate migrations, and reduce friction to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will advocate Google Cloud’s Agentic Data Cloud strategy, coordinating with Sales to shape transformation roadmaps and build cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing role.
• 5 years of Experience in pre-sales or field engineering leadership roles at an enterprise technology company.
• Experience working in the Financial Services Industry or with Financial Services customers.
• Experience pitching a connected story of modern Data & AI foundations to C-level executives for Financial Services use cases with clear business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Data Analytics technical experts in a matrixed organization.
• Lead the broader region's Data Analytics technical community and scale through artifact sharing.
• Influence cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering, to manage C-level IT decisions.
• Lead the team to demonstrate and prototype Agentic Data Cloud and AI products in customer environments.
• Coach enterprise customers in leveraging unified data foundations to power real-time, AI-driven experiences.
