Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in data or computer science with 8+ years of experience (BA/BS) / 6+ years (MA/MS/MBA)
• Significant experience leading technical delivery in an agile environment.
• Hands‑on, full‑stack experience with platform operations and CI/CD improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Data and AI platform products from ideation to production.
• Oversee scalable, reusable platform capabilities on AWS and Databricks.
• Drive AI services enablement and reusable assets across the enterprise.
• Lead hybrid delivery teams and manage sprint planning and releases.
• Shape technical standards for architecture, data models, and automation.
