Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a senior enterprise architect to define and lead enterprise-wide Data Governance, AI Governance, Data Management and Architecture strategies. You will shape governance frameworks, operating models, and platforms that scale data and AI safely, advising C-suite stakeholders and driving value realization across the organization.

• Experience leading governance programs across data and AI domains.
• Ability to engage C-suite and business leaders.
• Knowledge of data governance tools and data management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise data and AI governance strategies, roadmaps, KPIs, and value realization plans.
• Advise executive stakeholders including CDO, CIO, CTO, Risk, Privacy and Security.
• Lead governance maturity assessments and platform evaluations.
• Own architecture, quality, risk, and delivery across governance, data quality, privacy, MDM, analytics, cloud and AI.
• Design and implement governance platforms and metadata management capabilities.
• Design AI governance frameworks and Responsible AI controls.
• Lead agentic AI initiatives and establish governance monitoring.
