Accenture is actively seeking a Data Engineering, Management & Governance Manager to own the integrity and delivery of AI insights platforms. You will design and maintain platforms that ingest, model, govern, and connect enterprise data across distributed environments, including Salesforce and Palantir Foundry, to drive measurable business value.

You will lead architecture, governance, and integration efforts, ensuring scalable, auditable data pipelines and real‑time AI workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture, enterprise data engineering, or AI platform delivery.
• Experience designing data fabric solutions — including data virtualization, active metadata management, knowledge graphs, and automated data integration.
• With cloud data platforms: Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, BigQuery, or equivalent.
• With data integration, ETL/ELT pipelines, and metadata and lineage tooling.
• Designing API and streaming architectures for real‑time data delivery.
• With enterprise CRM or operational platform integration (Salesforce preferred) in the context of data engineering or AI platform delivery.

Responsibilities

• Architect & Deliver Enterprise Data Fabric Solutions across on‑premises and multi‑cloud environments.
• Build & Maintain Strategic AI Insights Platforms with releases, schema evolution, and platform integrity.
• Ingest, clean, and expand data sources to broaden platform coverage for whitespace opportunities.
• Design data models and ontologies to structure whitespace and pipeline data for AI workflows.
• Instrument platforms to enable automated coverage and KPI extraction for business metrics.
• Connect AI insights platforms to Salesforce and Palantir Foundry, enabling end‑to‑end workflows.
• Govern data quality, security, and access with robust metadata lineage and governance.
