Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Enterprise Data Architect to lead the enterprise data, ontology, and AI platform strategy. You will define standards, patterns, and roadmaps across Palantir Foundry/AIP, Snowflake, and AWS, enabling secure, governed data and AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, data science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in Enterprise/Data/Solution Architecture or related roles, with 5+ years in enterprise/domain architect capacity.
• 4+ years designing enterprise data, cloud, or AI architectures at scale.
• 3+ years with Palantir Foundry and AIP, including Ontology design/governance.
• Deep expertise in data modeling, ontology/knowledge graphs, data mesh, and data product thinking.
• Strong AWS, cloud-native, event-driven, API-based integration, high availability, observability, IaC.
• Experience with AI/ML, GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI, including governance/Responsible AI controls.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with TOGAF/ArchiMate or equivalent.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and communicate architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own Ontology strategy and architecture on Palantir Foundry/AIP with governance.
• Define reference architectures for Foundry/AIP with guardrails and usage patterns.
• Integrate Ontology with core systems (policy, billing, claims) and data platform.
• Define architecture for AI/GenAI/Agentic workflows with governance and Responsible AI controls.
• Define data architecture target state, data models, and data mesh patterns.
• Set data integration/ event-driven standards across Snowflake, Kafka, Palantir.
• Governance, lineage, metadata, privacy, and security requirements with stakeholders.
• Rationalize platform portfolio and define interoperability across Snowflake, Palantir, AWS.
